2 hour workshop

How to avoid eyestrain and visual fatigue when working at a computer. Learn simple techniques that are easy to incorporate into office life.

The workshop will consist of a discussion and practical demonstrations. Topics covered will include:

  • breathing well to think well and see well
  • where there is no movement there is no life - keep moving
  • staying focussed means staying interested
  • the art of taking effective breaks

Comprehensive written material will be provided as handouts and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
